P. J. Hussey & Associates Inc. strives to satisfy all of its tenants with quality and timely service. We have contracted with Rental Renovators Inc.* to provide the customer service and quality workmanship that is mandatory to satisfy both tenant and landlord.

If you have a maintenance issue that is routine in nature feel free to submit a maintenance request online. Someone from the Rental Renovators Inc. staff will contact you within 24 hours to schedule the repair**. Please do not leave any of the fields blank as it may delay the response time of the repair.

*Not all owners utilize the services of Rental Renovators Inc. if your property is one of them a member of the Rental Renovators Inc. staff will contact you to inform you that the information you submitted has been sent to the manager responsible for your unit.

**Rental Renovators Inc.'s offices are closed for routine maintenance on Saturday and Sunday. If you have an emergency please call our office and request emergency services to have someone call you back.
